Beginning September 4, 2007, Skagit Transit is able to provide residents within our pocket service areas with two days of service and expanded service hours.

Pocket service compliments our fixed-route service in certain areas. Transportation may be provided within designated areas to the nearest fixed-route bus transfer point between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on the designated days of service only. Service will be limited to time and space availability.   

Pocket Service requires advanced registration. Please call (360) 757-4433 or toll-free at (877) 584-7528 to do so. Seniors and people with disabilities who qualify for Skagit Transit's Dial-A-Ride service will be provided curb to curb service or curb to bus service, as outlined in their eligibility letter. General Public passengers will be picked up at their address or other designated locations and taken to the nearest bus transfer point.

Monday,Thursday and Friday South Fidalgo Island, North end of March's Point, Bayview, Samish Island, Edison, Bow, and Blanchard.

Tuesday and Wednesday Reservation Road area of La Conner, Day Creek to Potts Road, Little Mountain, and Clear Lake.

Wednesday and Friday Alger, Prairie Road and areas West of Highway 9 to Interstate 5 and North of Highway 20.

Friday (Schedule) Concrete, Lyman, Hamilton, South Skagit Cape Horn Area, Rockport and Marblemount (Concrete, Lyman, Hamilton, and South Skagit Cape Horn Areas will continue to receive daily service Monday-Friday provided by our fixed route and demand response routes)
