The Skagit Transit Citizen's Advisory Committee (CAC), a visible organization composed of Skagit County citizens, performs a major role in the formulation and implementation of the goals and objectives of the Comprehensive Plan for Skagit County. It serves as a link between the residents of the Public Transportation Benefits Area (PTBA) and the Skagit Transit Board of Directors in the execution of the Comprehensive Plan. Make your voices heard by attending a CAC meeting. CAC meetings are held at Skagit Station, 105 E. Kincaid, Mount Vernon, on the second Thursday of each month at 5:00 PM.
