Skagit Transit's Ride Pass Grant Program provides passes through an application process to eligible 501(c) 3 non-profit organizations and government agencies serving low income/infirm residents of the Skagit Public Transportation Benefit District.
Awarded agencies disperse passes to low income/infirm recipients who meet the program eligibility requirements.
The 2021 Ride Pass Program

The application period is open each October for the following calendar year's program.
Applications are reviewed and awarded each November/December with pass distribution occuring prior to December 31 each year.
