Administers the Maintenance and Facilities inventory management which involves sourcing, purchasing,
stocking, issuing, tracking and reporting on parts and equipment to maintain acceptable levels of stock to
facilitate timely and efficient repair and maintenance activities to maximize the service life of equipment and
facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Maintain automated inventory records and other documents related to inventory and material control; keep accurate, detailed, and complete computerized warehouse inventory catalog and records; update part books and reference library as require
• Update the daily repair parts posting on the Faster Fleet Management System
• Work at the Parts Counter in the maintenance shop to be available to the Maintenance and Facilities Supervisors and Technicians, as well as working closely with the Purchasing Department in the Administrative Office
• Unload, unpack, count, visually inspect, and segregate supplies; note damage or discrepancies upon receipt of materials and take appropriate corrective action; reconcile the received materials count against supporting documentation; file and track freight damage claims

Salary range for this position is $22.56-$29.12 per hour
