Coordinates and monitors activities at Skagit Station. Performs a variety of customer service functions
involving direct public contact either on the phone or in person. Administers the Skagit Station community
meeting room. Serves as the contact for building emergencies and inquiries. Administers Agency’s Reduced
Fare Program, Serves as contact for TouchPass and GFI fare card sales and systems management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answer questions from the general public and staff via telephone, e-mail, or in person regarding route and schedule information, fares, bus stop locations, and transfer points
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on transit system information including schedule changes, rider alerts, detours, and Supervisor directives
• Manage Skagit Station community meeting room reservation system. Collect and record rental
payments, obtain signed rental agreements, and proof of insurance
