Skagit Transit hereby issues a Request For Proposals (RFP) as a source selection means for qualified Uniform and Related Services Vendors to submit proposals for Supply Staff Uniform and related services described in this Solicitation See Scope of work under Section 4.01 below.  Skagit Transit anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Completion Term Contract with a Total Estimated cost in the range of $170,000 to cover an estimated period of five years.
