Skagit Transit Paratransit riders can now use a new mobile app and online portal to schedule rides, manage trips, and receive ride notifications. The updated system is designed to make trip management easier rand give riders more information about upcoming trips and vehicle arrivals.

First Time Using the App?
When opening the Skagit Transit Paratransit app for the first time, riders will be asked to enter a phone number or email address to create an account.
Your phone number or email is used to:

Connect riders to their paratransit eligibility

Send ride reminders and trip notifications

Help riders manage trips securely through the app or online portal
After entering a phone number for email address, riders will receive a verification code or link to finish setting up their account.
What stays the same

Existing subscriptions transfer automatically — no action needed
