Skagit Transit opens applications for 2027 Ride Pass Grant Program

Skagit Transit is accepting applications for its 2027 Ride Pass Grant Program, which provides one-day passes to eligible nonprofit organizations and government agencies serving vulnerable people in Skagit County.

The program helps participating organizations meet the transportation needs of people with low income and/or disabilities, including health and social services throughout the community.

Eligible organizations include 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organizations and government agencies serving qualifying individuals in Skagit County. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. Oct. 30, 2026.

Applications will be reviewed in November and December, with award notifications expected during that period. Passes will be distributed in December for use during calendar year 2027.
