Full Description:	Anacortes Arts Festival Route detours and bus stop closures: Beginning in late afternoon on Thursday, July 31st, and continuing Friday, August 1st, and Saturday, August 2nd, routes 410 and 49 will not serve the bus stops at "Q" Ave. & 8th St., and 6th St. near the Post Office. Route 49 will not serve the bus stop at Commercial Ave. & 13th St. (near Skagit Bank). Please call Customer Service at 360-757-4433 for the location of the nearest bus stop.
