Paratransit riders will have multiple options to pay their fare
Cash on the vehicle when they are picked up will be accepted for individual rides. Exact change is required. No change can be made.
Umo cards can be ordered online by submitting a Request for Umo Card form. A rider can also call or visit customer service to get a Umo card or have a Umo card mailed to them.
Riders can mail in a check with their Umo account number and Customer Service will apply those funds to exisiting Umo accounts.
Riders can also load funds onto their Umo card at Customer Service. We accept cash, check and Visa or Mastercard.

Umo fares are instantly available and it is a great way to purchase fares for a family member.

Important things to know
Personal Care Attendants (PCA) ride for free on Paratransit in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Any guest of the paratransit client who is not the PCA will need to pay a fare to ride along.
Paratransit clients are eligible for free fixed route service by presenting their TouchPass Paratransit card.
