Full Description:	An environmental group is planning to stage a large protest near the March Point, Anacortes, refineries on May 13, 14, and 15. Large crowds, heavy traffic, and blocked roads are possible. March Point Park and Ride will be CLOSED to the general public May 12th thru May 15th while Skagit County sheriffs have control of the park and ride. All transfers will be done at the bus stop at the Swinomish Casino. Skagit Transit apologizes for any inconvenience. Customer Service 360-757-4433.
