ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, organize, schedule, assign and participate in financial management activities

Analyze and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with established fiscal policies, applicable laws, regulations and requirements

Direct the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive records and reports as required by agency policy and external regulatory agencies

Plan, organize, coordinate and direct all accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable

Develop and implement appropriate internal controls
