Starting today, all Paratransit ride bookings, subscriptions, and notifications are managed through Spare — a modern scheduling platform designed to make your experience more user-friendly and accessible.

New Rider App

Search Skagit Transit Paratransit on the App Store or Google Play to book, modify, and track rides in real time.

New Web Portal

Desktop users can manage rides at my.sparelabs.com/skagit — this replaces the previous Passport page.

Improved Notifications

Alerts now arrive 24 hours ahead, 15 minutes before pickup, and on driver arrival — including driver name, vehicle, and license plate.

What stays the same

Existing subscriptions transfer automatically — no action needed
Phone support remains available at 360-757-4433, option 2 (7 days, 8 am – 4:30 pm)
30-minute pickup windows and 5-minute driver wait times are unchanged
