Notice is hereby given that Skagit Transit, the Skagit County Public Transportation Benefit Area Authority, will conduct the periodic review of the composition of the governing board as required by RCW 36.57A.055 at the next regularly scheduled Skagit Transit Board meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

Purpose of the Meeting

The designated representatives of Skagit County and the cities within the Public Transportation Benefit Area will meet to review the current composition of the Skagit Transit Board of Directors and determine whether any changes are deemed appropriate in accordance with state law. The majority of those present shall constitute a quorum for the purposes of this review.

Notice Requirement

This notice is provided by the Chief Administrative Officer of Skagit Transit in compliance with the requirement that at least twenty (20) days’ notice be given prior to the review meeting.

This meeting is open to the public.
