MOUNT VERNON:

  • Mount Vernon City Library (Route 202): Open Tuesday – Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM.
  • Faith Community Fellowship (Route 204): Located at 1427 Monte Vista Drive, Mount Vernon; Open 5:30 PM to 8:30 AM; Contact: (360)610-7544. Note: Route #204 offers free service for those heading to the shelter.
  • Welcome Home Skagit (Routes 207 & 305): Open 9 AM to 5 PM at Salem Lutheran Church, 2529 N. Laventure Road. After 5 PM, go directly to Faith Community Fellowship at 1427 Monte Vista Drive.

BURLINGTON:

  • Burlington Public Library (Routes 101 & 301): Open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10 AM to 8 PM; Friday, Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM.

ANACORTES:

  • Anacortes Public Library (Routes 409 & 410): Open Monday – Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM.

LA CONNER:

  • La Conner Regional Library (Route 615): Open Tuesday – Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM; Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM.

SEDRO-WOOLLEY:

  • Central Skagit Library (Routes 300 & 70X): Open Tuesday – Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
  • Upper Skagit Library: Offering Wi-Fi, food, and hot beverages; Open Tuesday – Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM; Friday and Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
  • Concrete Community Center (45821 Railroad Avenue): Open Tuesday – Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM; Only during severe cold weather events.
  • Mount Baker Presbyterian Church – Community Blessing Initiative Center (44942 State Route 20): Offering food, showers, and laundry. Contact:(515) 238-6464. Open from January 11 to 15 with specific timings.

Seasonal Winter Shelters (Open every night until mid-March 2024):

  • Skagit First Steps Center (Routes 207 and 305): For adults 18 and older. First come, first served. Check-in daily at 3 PM at the Welcome Home Skagit Resource Center, Salem Lutheran Church, 2529 N. LaVenture Road, Mount Vernon.
  • Family Promise of Skagit Valley: For pregnant and parenting families. For intake, call (360) 854-0743.
